On Friday May 25th, in a Northern Canadian town of just over 8000 residents, Blood Sweat and Ears showcased our brand of professional wrestling to over 1200 screaming fans. For a small town, it was one of the top three loudest crowds BSE has performed in front of.
Mike Elias & Bat Martinez vs. Big Brian Youngblood
Winner. Big Brian Youngblood via pinfall after delivering a gutbuster suplex to Elias on top
of Bat Martinez.
Frankie the Mobster vs. Jake O'Reilly
winner Frankie the Mobster delivered the Credibility Statement (sit-out chokeslam) to O'Reilly
for the victory.
The Blackouts vs. The All-Starters
winners The All-Starters landed the 450slam-dunk on Pierre Shadows
James Champagne vs. Kris Chambers
winner: James Champagne via pinfall after landing Chambers in a sit-out Death Valley Driver
Tiger Star vs. Angel de Guerra vs. El Sombra vs. Kobra Kai vs. Mike Stevens vs. Sebastian Suave
winner Tiger Star after hitting a shooting star press onto Kobra Kai
Traci Brooks & Anton Arakis vs. Kelly Couture & Bang Bang Pete (guest referee Big Daddy Hammer)
Winners Traci Brooks pinned Kelly Couture with a roll-up pin (with a handfull of tights that went
unnoticed by the referee)
BSE Tag Team Championship Match
TNT vs. The Suicide Kidz (c)
Winners: The Suicide Kidz via pinfall after Cody 45 caught El Tornado with a top rope
leg drop as Tornado was tangled up in the ropes, while Xtremo and Tyson Dux were fighting on the outside.
Robert Roode vs. 'The War Machine' Rhino
Entering to a chorus of boo's, it was apparent that Robert Roode (even with the company
Ms.Brooks) was facing an uphill battle against Rhino. Robert Roode tried to match brains with the
speed and agility of Rhino, and while it was good practice in theory, Roode was soon feeling the power
of the war machine. Action spilled outside of the ring, and the fans got an up close and personal
meeting of the two competitors. From one end of the arena to the other, and even up in the arena seating,
Rhino and Roode battered eachother against concrete and glass. Amidst the bodychecks and boarding
penalties, the end came when Rhino gored Robert Roode out of his boots. Ms. Brooks made an attempt
to help Roode, but also felt the power of the war machine as he nearly split her in two with a
gore.
