This main event was the first ever Ladder Match for Blood Sweat and Ears, after nearly 30 minutes of bone-crushing, chair swinging, ladder smashing action that saw BSE Stars like El Tornado receive a shower of glass, cutting up his back after being thrown through the hanging glasses over the bar. Don Paysan and Tyson Dux both went through tables throughout the match up. Frankie The Mobster traded chair shots with James Champagne, and Ash being constantly pounded on during the match, Ash was able to prevail while all the other stars were distracted or injured to rush up the ladder, take down the title and make a hasty escape out of the building before almost anyone noticed.
